Spacious family home comfortably accommodating 6 guests for a weekend or holiday. Ideally located just 100 m from the beach and close to the town center and shops. Enjoy a private, unoverlooked garden with outdoor furniture. Two private parking spaces in front of the house make parking easy, and a secure storage room with two bicycles is available. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright, open living area with a lounge (TV, Wi-Fi, board games, game console), a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee maker), a utility room with washing machine, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a fully enclosed rear garden with outdoor furniture (table, chairs, loungers). Upstairs, there are three lovely bedrooms with new bedding (one 160 cm bed, one 140 cm bed, and two 90 cm bunk beds) and storage, a second bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet. The entire house is at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be made available for an extra fee. Duvets and pillows are provided. A cleaning fee is mandatory to ensure the house is spotless before each guest's arrival. It is not included in the booking and will be charged for an extra fee. Please ensure you leave the property tidy before departure (kitchen/dishes put away, beds stripped, bins emptied).
